At Skin Geeks® we strive to provide the best personal service to all of our clients during their allotted treatment time. Late arrivals will result in shortened services or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other clients. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time to check-in, fill out our consultation card (if needed), change and be able to relax before your treatment begins.
• For the protection and safety of your child, children are not permitted.
• No pets, food, drinks, smoking or cellphone conversations are permitted on premise.
As we work on a personalized one on one basis, no shows and same day cancellations do affect our business greatly. For that reason, a credit card is required to book an appointment. As a courtesy, an automatic text message or e-mail is always provided 24 hours prior to your visit to remind you of your scheduled service. We know that emergencies can occur, so we kindly ask to please let us know 24hrs in advanced of any changes that may affect your visit.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW:
Failure to show up, cancel with less than 24 hours notice or rescheduling the same appointment multiple times will result in a $50 cancellation charge to your credit card or gift certificate.
Also, to book an appointment again if your credit card was not on file, the $75 cancellation fee will have to be paid in advanced on top of the service you would like to book to reserve your next visit.
If you cancel or do not show up for your appointments 2 or more times, we reserve the right to refuse any future appointments.
